Which utilities are tenants responsible for?
All tenants are responsible for water, sewer, and electrical usage within the community. Additionally, there are community dumpsters located around the park available for use free of charge.
What is your 24/7 on-call emergency number?
For all immediate life threatening emergencies, you should always call 911. However if you have any issues at the park that require immediate attention, please call 360-546-3341
What if I have to cancel my move-in?
If you need to cancel your move-in please let us know right away. Your application fee is non-refundable, however there are no other charges given for cancelling.
Are Pets Allowed?
Yes, 2 max - small dogs only - certified service dogs allowed (any size).
Can we have visitors while staying at Tidewater Mobile Home and RV Park?
Yes, you are welcome to have guests. Just keep in mind, Your guests cannot stay longer than 15 days.
